What this site receives

This public page does not contain a clinical intake form or payment form. If you select a call or text link, your own phone opens the corresponding function. IVLV receives the number and message you choose to send through your carrier.

Do not send diagnoses, symptoms, photographs, laboratory reports, insurance information, payment details, or other sensitive medical information by ordinary text message. If needed, the care team will send you a secure way to share medical information.

Limited website analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to measure a generic Healthspan page view and whether a visitor started a phone call or text. The implementation does not send a plan name, medication interest, phone number, message body, or URL section to analytics. Google may receive ordinary device, browser, network, and approximate-location information under its applicable terms.

How contact information is used

• To respond to your request and explain next steps.
• To coordinate a requested consultation or service.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse, and satisfy legal obligations.

IVLV does not sell website contact information. Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in information, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Operational service companies may process limited information needed for communications, hosting, security, or analytics under their applicable safeguards.

Clinical records

Information collected after you enter an authorized clinical workflow is handled under the privacy documentation provided for that workflow. A public website inquiry does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship.
