What “included” means

Listed prices include the clinical membership, one prescribed core regimen within the plan, standard dispensing and delivery, and any standard monitoring IVLV requires for that program. A materially different regimen or specialty test is discussed before you authorize it.

How it works

Clinical first.
Convenient by design.

  1. 01
    Start

Tell us what you want to evaluate.

Text IVLV to begin a private intake. Avoid sending sensitive medical details in the first text.

  2. 02
    Review

Complete the clinical visit and required labs.

A licensed clinician reviews your history, goals, contraindications, and available results before deciding whether to prescribe.

  3. 03
    Confirm

See the exact plan before enrollment.

You receive the medication route, refill cadence, monitoring plan, and final monthly price before the first pharmacy order.

  4. 04
    Continue

Refills follow your care—not a timer.

Ongoing prescribing depends on required follow-ups, monitoring, response, and the clinician's judgment.

The IVLV standard

Personalized does not mean casual.

Prescription treatment begins only after a real medical review. Testosterone is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, and monitoring or further evaluation may delay or rule out treatment.

Read the common questions
EligibilityNo guaranteed prescription

Symptoms alone do not determine treatment. History, testing, risks, and clinician judgment all matter.

MonitoringBuilt into the program

Plans that require standard baseline or ongoing lab monitoring include it in the displayed price.

CompoundingPatient-specific 503A care

A compounded medication requires a valid prescription for an identified patient and is not FDA-approved.

FulfillmentPharmacy dispensed

IVLV coordinates care; the dispensing pharmacy prepares, labels, and ships the patient-specific prescription.

Questions before care

Good to know.

Does the monthly price really include labs?+

Yes. When the IVLV prescriber requires standard baseline or follow-up monitoring for your selected program, that monitoring is included in the listed membership price. Any unusual specialty testing outside the standard program is discussed and priced before it is ordered.

Am I guaranteed a prescription?+

No. Enrollment begins with a medical review. A licensed prescriber decides whether treatment is appropriate, which medication and route to use, and whether additional evaluation is needed. If you are not eligible, a prescription is not issued.

What does 503A mean?+

Section 503A describes traditional patient-specific compounding. A valid prescription must be written for an identified patient before the pharmacy dispenses the compounded medication. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are used only when the prescriber determines they are appropriate for that patient.

Where does my medication come from?+

Patient-specific compounded prescriptions are fulfilled by Empower Pharmacy when prescribed, appropriate, and available. Some plans may use an FDA-approved commercial medication instead. Your prescription details and dispensing pharmacy are confirmed before fulfillment.

Can I use insurance?+

IVLV Prescription Care is designed as transparent cash-pay care. We do not promise insurance reimbursement. You receive the membership price before treatment begins and can ask about HSA or FSA documentation.

How quickly will medication arrive?+

Timing begins after the clinical review, any required labs, and prescription approval. Pharmacy processing and shipping times vary by medication and temperature-control requirements. We confirm the expected cadence before your first order.
