The website describes services for general educational purposes and does not replace individualized medical advice. A licensed prescriber reviews your goals, treatment options, dose, route, and follow-up plan with you.

Emergencies

Do not use this website, text messaging, or an intake request for an emergency. Call 911 or seek emergency care for urgent symptoms.

Medication details

Your selected medication, formulation, dispensing pharmacy, monthly price, and follow-up plan are confirmed before enrollment. Some plans may involve a patient-specific compounded medication; see the concise Medication notice for details.

Plan prices and billing

Focused plans are month to month. Each displayed price is tied to the medication, strength, and quantity shown on the website. Your exact prescription and recurring charge are confirmed before you enroll and before the pharmacy begins your first order. If your physician recommends something different, you will see the updated price before anything is ordered.

When monitoring is required, your plan includes the physician's lab order and review of your results. An outside laboratory performs the collection and testing and bills you separately. Imaging, specialty testing, insurance charges, emergency care, and anything not listed in your written plan are also separate.

Refills, cancellation, and prescription products

You may cancel future focused-plan billing before the refill cutoff stated in your enrollment materials. Because a patient-specific prescription cannot be returned or resold, a refill charge is not refundable after the dispensing pharmacy has begun preparing, processing, or dispensing it, except where required by law or for a verified fulfillment problem. Canceling a plan does not replace medical guidance about stopping a medication.

Calls and texts

Selecting a call or text link uses your device and does not enroll you in an automated marketing program. Message and data rates may apply. Avoid sending sensitive medical information through ordinary text messaging. Our Privacy notice explains the public website's limited analytics and contact handling.
